could be a little bit of both,
there is a way to narrow it down without a doctor present though.
First, I'd try getting more hydrated for about two weeks and see if anything changes,
If not, keep a food journal of foods you eat for another two weeks and right down if you have any stomach problems/e.t.c on any particular day, or with certain groups of foods.
If you start noticing a pattern with certain foods, try eliminating them and see if you feel any better. If you feel better when you don't eat them you may have an allergy.

Sometimes, people confuse lactose intolerance with cow’s milk intolerance because the symptoms are similar. However, lactose intolerance and cow’s milk intolerance are not related. Being intolerant to cow’s milk is an allergic reaction triggered by the immune system. Whereas, Lactose intolerance is a problem caused by the digestive system.
If you do not have enough lactase to digest the lactose you consume you may feel very uncomfortable when digesting the dairy product. Common symptoms, which range from mild to severe include: Nausea, gas, diarrhea, cramps, and bloating. Symptoms begin about 30 minutes to 2 hours after eating or drinking dairy products. The severity of the symptoms depends on the amount of lactose a person can tolerate, digestion rate, age, ethnicity, and more.
It is hard to diagnose Lactose intolerance based on symptoms alone because it could be something else for example irritable bowel symdrom. I suggest you go to a Doctor who would be able to test you to see if you are lactose intolerant. Avoid the dairy products if you have a hard time consuming them. You get calcium from Green leafy vegetables such as kale, chard, lettuce, spinach etc. You can also get calcium from fruits and other veggies. Jicama is a good source of calcium.

You have to drink water - add lemon or something for taste. You will feel way better drinking it and also make sure you have a filter or bottled.
I am lactose intolerant. What you do for a week write down everything you eat and see which days you have problems. Also cutting out dairy for a week will tell you. Eat more veggies, drink a lot of water - if it does not solve it maybe it will be time to ask your doctor.
Good luck!

who're those people who do no longer understand that all and sundry nutrients allergic reactions might reason loss of life in the event that they're severe sufficient? My daughter is deathly allergic to eggs and nuts (the two peanuts and tree nuts). ingesting a sandwich that has mayonnaise will kill her basically as immediately as ingesting peanut butter. No, i'm no longer being over-dramatic. Her total face swells up and he or she stops respiratory. that is frightening. allergic reactions are no longer a comedian tale. I understand that folk over-use allergic reactions to declare that something upsets their abdomen or as a politically-nicely suited way of asserting they do in comparison to something. real allergic reactions are in comparison to that. i'm sorry that your baby will ought to do with out dairy and strawberries for component of the day 5 days in a row. If that is an inconvenience that saves my youngster's existence, i think of it would be an extremely great hazard which you will coach your baby compassion and information that sometimes that is approximately being slightly inconvenienced for the best of others. The diabetes argument does not carry water because of the fact diabetes could be controlled with out ingesting particular meals - it exchange right into a stupid attempt to make a factor that may not valid. As for the concept that my baby or the different baby with particular desires might desire to be locked up at homestead with a view to no longer inconvenience you, i discover that argument offensive and that i will in user-friendly terms pray that your little ones are never in choose of the compassion and information of others.

You're having tummy problems because you are drinking way too much acid and carbonated drinks. I would lay off the pop if I were you. You better start to love water! Also try eating some cucumbers to reduce the acid in your system.

You may be lactose intollerent, so when you have dairy products it can cause stomach aches, direaha etc...if you were allergic to it you may notice a skin rash or hives. You do need to drink more water though your body needs it, even if you consume juice it's better then nothing, talk to your doctor.

The best way to know is to eliminate the things you suspect. Stay away from them for several weeks, then slowly add them back into your diet. If you get sick again, then it's that food.
