pondering Scientology, as a company, having been in contact in distinctive unlawful activities, activities that are component to the very writen systemology of Scientology? confident, confident it is going to be banned. I easily have no longer something against religions, yet Scientology's own founder admitted that it replaced into no longer something better than a tax scheme. If somebody desires to have faith the classes of Scientology, this is their subject, yet no, i don't experience the corporation must be referred to as a criminal entity.

They are only talking about it. They have done that for years.

They will do what they have done to other religions. They will ban the entry of important figures of that religion. Which will force other european countries to honor that ban due to an old treaty. Thats a bit of a sore point since the treaty was not supposed to be in support of religious intolerance.

As a side action, it will also give 6000 german scientologists the right to ask for asylum in the US for religious persecution

Actually, Germany outlaws fraud and criminal conspiracy.

$cientology has been ruled there to be a fraudulent religion, and its leadership to be engaged in a criminal conspiracy.

You can agree or not agree, but if you aren't German, it's really not your concern; there are plenty of places where real religious persecution is afoot. Worry about them.

They haven't banned it yet.

But I think they would only ban the worship of it...not the actual believers..

I think they will receive horrible criticism from free world leaders and they will back down.

I would assume that they won't allow Scientology to set up it's so called "churches" or conduct it's "business" on their soil.
