I gained 50 pounds while pregnant and it took me a full year to lose it all.
A good thing to do when you hit a plateau is to start strength training. You can search online for some easy things to do at home. Start with simple things like pushups and lunges.
It will take lots of time and even more patience, but it's worth it in the end.

I also gained alot. with my first I gained 80 lbs. I lost it all and than some. I did gain a little bit back, but not too much. I flunctuated between 20 lbs until my son was born. I gained 65 with him. He is 5 months and I have only lost 35 lbs and gained 10 back while still breastfeeding. I am going to watch what I am eating. i noticed that I am overeating due to some huge life changed other than just an extra child. I am going to watch my intake drasictally. With my daughter I lost it all with weight watchers (at home, I got a copy of the book, but did not join). I may do that again if I can get ahold of the book.

properly, i improve into going to declare which you will ought to settle for that your pants will by no ability in fantastic condition returned -- a toddler stretches the unquestionably bones, and a few women people will locate that they might even lose a dash extra weight than their pre-being pregnant weight, however the hips nevertheless stay slightly wider. although, evidently such as you have already had one toddler, so perhaps your hips are the place they must be. nonetheless, in case you carried this toddler in a different way, you have gotten greater hips. you merely had a toddler, so do no longer cut back healthful energy. there's a Korean poultry soup that ladies people there consume for a pair of month after transport that has dissimilar seaweed in it, and it is chock-ful of foodstuff. Has your well being practitioner ok'ed you for exercising? if so, take the youngsters you babysit for a walk to the park. you may pile them right into a wagon, and on a similar time as they play, you're able to do pushups and different issues against the playground equipment on a similar time as you watch them. additionally, attempt to stroll steps throughout your breaktime at artwork, and get to artwork a tiny bit formerly and walk around the development in the past you bypass in. all of it provides up. yet maximum heavily, cut back your self some slack. you have lots on your plate, and 122 isn't a foul weight. Take it sluggish, and you will get returned to the place you go with to be without knocking your self out. stable success!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Sometimes you can lose tons of weight for awhile and then all of a sudden lose barely anything to nothing. That happens to almost anyone who is dieting and trying to lose weight. This is where most people feel defeated and give up. But dont give up. Whenever people complain about not losing anything for awhile, they one day get on the scale and a bunch of weight has been dropped. Just keep doing what your doing and it WILL come off. Don't get discouraged! Also I have heard of some women who barely lose anything during breastfeeding, but then shed the pounds right away after they finish breastfeeding.
Dont listen to people like sillygal, there is nothing wrong with gaining a lot of weight while pregnant. We spend most of our lives watching what we eat, counting calories, exercising etc etc... so it's okay to give in for 9 months. You can/will lose it.

Watch your sugar intake- make sure your calories are coming from complex carbs and protien, no simple carbs. Your body might be resisting the weight loss because you're still nursing. Try to get other forms of cardio- get in the pool if that's an option for you.
Good luck.

You do plateau if you aren't doing anything to contribute to your weightloss- or if you don't increase your exercise routine. There are many baby arobic classes for new moms who are having problems losing that last baby weight. contact your local hospital or health department to find out about any such programs in your area.
