I'm not sure I imagine there are. But you could just get contacts. They are virtually impossible to see, are very comfortable and there is no hassle. I have worn them for over a year and a half and have always loved them. You should ask your eye doctor about them.

That depends on your Rx, the stronger the Rx the smaller your eyes appear. BUT with high index lenses you may reduce this illusion of eyes appearing small. High index lenses won't completely eliminate this effect but they are aesthetically nicer looking.

I have a pair of high-index lenses. They are thinner than the conventional type and don't make my eyes look as small either. I would recommend getting these if you have a strong prescription. I know it costs extra but it's worth it.

No. The small eye illusion is due to the power of the lens. Using high index will not help.

The only alternative is contact lenses or laser surgery.

you have to ask when you get them made to have the lenses made thinner, or scraped. it costs a hell of a lot more (but if you got money then it dosnt)
