It depends on the age of your puppy? Their ears start to stand up around 5 months. Some though do take longer, and some don't stand up at all. Then measures have to be taken if you want your dog to have stand up ears. That is if you don't like it's ears flopping. Some owners don't bother about the ears or ear not standing up. Whilst it's still a puppy I wouldn't worry about it's floppy ears. It's normal. If it's parents had pointed ears then chances are your puppy will to.

Yes your dog is teething. If your really worried, go to your pet shop or vet and ask about calcium tablets. This will keep the calcium supply in your pups body up.
The ear has flopped due to most of the pups calcium being concentrated on it's new teeth coming through. Most GSD's ears to stand up again once the teething stage has finished.

These are all good answers but if you have any worries or concerns about them standing back up, you can always tape them and use a product that's kind of like pigs ears that will form inside the ears and needs to be taped into place.
Their are some GSD owners on this list that can advise you of the product name.
Sorry it just eludes me at the moment.
Good Luck

I would also try rubbing the ears. The idea is to rub from the base of the ear to the top, this will increase the blood flow to the ear.

Many breeders do this to encourage the ears to stand, and it is also done by people who crop ears, to maintain blood flow to the ear.
