Just a note, make sure to also offer some drinks *without* sugar to people who may have diabetes.

I make this punch every year for the kids for Christmas, and if they are good I might even make it over the summer.
1 can pineapple juice
1 large bottle ginger ale
1 large bottle water - after the ginger ale is emptied
2 packages kool-aid (I have used just about everything but the berry ones seem to turn out better)
2 Cups sugar
Mix all together just watch out when you pour in the ginger ale, it fizzes up!
Enjoy~~

Since you'll be serving kids, here's a really easy one:
1 Half Gallon Raspberry or Lime Sherbet
1 large can pineapple juice
3 Litres 7-UP or Gingerale
Place sherbet in punch bowl. Mix pineapple juice with 1 litre of soda and pour over top. Add the rest of the soda and stir slightly. As the sherbet melts, it forms a tasty, sweet, slurpy punch that your guests should love....plus its pretty!

The best thing to do is buy several of the large sized cans of Hawaiian Punch. Only open as you need to add to the punch bowl.
Be sure to put the cans into the fridge a day before the party so they will be chilled.

We always make a bowl of this for the kids on christmas eve and it's always been a big hit with the kiddo's. With the bigger kiddo's too. lol
Chocolate Punch
4 1-oz. sq semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups hot water
2 qt. milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. club soda
1/2 pt. heavy cream; whipped
ground cinnamon
In a large saucepan combine the chocolate and sugar with the hot water. Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Add milk, and continue heating. When hot, beat in vanilla with a rotary egg beater or whisk. Remove from heat.
Chill, then pour into a punch bowl over ice cream.
For sparkle, add club soda.
Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.
Yield: 12 servings.
The adults like to add a dash of bailey's to theirs.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU1zQ
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
