I ate soup! Be careful because your tongue might still be numb so you might bite it and not realize it because you cannot feel it! You should be able to eat soft things like mashed potatoes, jello, soup, etc. I would not suggest things like popcorn, soda (could mess with blood clotting), chips, or anything that could cut your gums! Hope you are feeling well soon!

The best thing I found, and is also the most filling is Mashed Potatoes. Make sure they're not too hot though and that you keep it away from the area as much as possible.

soups, but they can't be too hot or too cold. Jello, mashed potatoes. I just had my tooth pulled and i ate soups the first day, the next day you can eat whatever you feel comfortable eating.

Soup, scrambled eggs, jello, pudding, mashed potatoes, anything soft - milkshakes, smooties are always good and they always feel like a treat because you're not feeling too good.

soft things that don't require chewing. jello, pudding, ice cream, yogurt, that kind of thing. also don't drink out of a straw or consume anything that requires sucking so as not to disturb the blood clot.
