I think these appetizers have been such a hit since I started making them last year.
You will need
Thick sliced ham - cut into bite size pieces
pineapple chunks
maraschino cherries
toothpicks (does not have to be the fancy frilly kind)

take your ham chunk, put the pineapple then the cherry with a toothpick in it on top and they are adorable and delicious and big crowd pleasers too. You can't go wrong with these, I promise!

The Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly idea is great- especially this time of year as you can take 2 blocks of cream cheese, cover one with red and one with green pepper jelly and surround with the christmas shaped crackers- really yummy and very festive.

I make this really good dip where I take sour cream and mix taco seasoning with it till it's a light orange and put it into a 9" by 13" glass container, and top it off with cut lettuce, tomato, olives, and cheese and put tortilla chips on side it is so good and is always completely gone!

ham n pickle snackers

take a slice of sandwitch ham and spread cream cheese on it then take a dill pickle spear and roll the ham around it cream cheese side in. the cream cheese will help hold it together. insert toothpicks and cut up if you want, one toothpick per section.
the cream cheese spreads better if you warm it first then you let it cool before you put the pickle in, and you want to dry the pickles with a paper towel to help them stick.
you can make it a day ahead if the pickles are dry but it works better to make them the day of the party.

take salami slices, put a little cream cheese in the center, put a mild green pepper on top of that, roll it up and stick a toothpick in it. YUMMMM. Bruno's wax peppers are the best!
