When my fiance and I first moved in his sister really didn't like me. Me and him were fighting all the time and she didn't like how I was treating him. At first I understood why she was being the way she was, but then my fiance and I worked things out and our relationship became stronger than ever. After that she and I became very close, until after a road trip we all together which my fiance and I paid for. She started being rude to me again and started spreading lies about me to friends and his family. Well last month we found out she didnt pay her half of the rent so we were going to get kicked out, so my fiance and I moved out. The day we moved out she paid her half of the rent. Now my fiance and I are not speaken with her, but she is still spreading rumors about me and saying very hurtful things. My fiance has confronted her, also so have I and told her to stop but she continues. I don't want her to ruin my relationship with the rest of our family.

ignore her and the information she's spreading. you can't fight fire with fire, be the calm and cool one, eventually her words will have lil effect when the family sees you are the one who has lil to say about it bc frankly it's stupid kid ****. people probably see she's petty already.

It sounds like you and your fiancee have worked it out and that he's on your side. I think you should just ignore her. Confrontation and anger fuels some people, so if you don't return her negative energy, she'll eventually get bored and leave you alone. As for your future in-laws... I think they know you well enough and know their daughter well enough to know who's right and who's wrong. Apparently, she's irresponsible since she didn't pay her own rent, and that's probably not the first time she exhibited that type of immature behavior. The rest of the family will eventually see what a loser the girl is, and will take her rants about you with a grain of salt. You take the high road. Don't talk about her, don't entertain what she says about you, and when you see her, kill her with kindness. People will notice what you're doing and commend you for it. You'll win the family over and she'll be forced to back off. I really hope it all works out for you.

All you have to do is be an honorable woman, don't talk badly about her and keep your personal business to yourself. You cannot control other people, but you can control your own behavior.

firstly its gud that u & ur fiance are close enuf that u understand each other........& that problem???????talk to her about this & ask her wat is wit her & wat does she want??....even then if it dusnt help talk about this to the rest of the family.....tell them about wateva she has been doin & stuff........maybe that'l help...........best of luck
