Micheal Sullivan is interim director of BATFE. Strongly supported by Ted Kennedy. Was ATF director in Massachusetts. You see how well that worked for them. As interim for BATFE the bureau has attacked numerous dealers for minor clerical errors. In Idaho they are after Reds Trading Post, and double counting violations. His nomination vote is coming up soon. Contact your senators to block the nomination.

If Ted Kennedy supports him then the guy aint worth the time of day. And the BATFE should just go away. They already showed what they are about when they went into Waco in 93. Wether you agree with the people in the compound or not the case should of been handled differently.

No. I believe that the BATFE is unconstitutional, and should go back to being a part of the IRS like they were originally. The '34 NFA wasn't for violence, it was for taxes, anyone who takes a look at history will realize this.

Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than my guns, and if he tried to take me for a ride I'd use my 2nd Amendment rights to defend myself...

Both of my Senators have been notified of my feelings on this nominee.
I'm wary of any politician or bureaucrat hailing from that state.
