got to have mom's mac & cheese. and her homemade rolls and rumocha pie. I never really care if there is anything else on the table, just put those 3 on my plate and i'm in heaven.

My mom's cake. She has a recipe that's been handed down through the generations. They call it a fruitcake but the only fruit it really has is raisins. Then it has ground up graham crackers and different kinds of nuts and I don't really what else but it's so good. Just a little holiday tradition.

No matter what we have for dinner (turkey, ham, pork roast) we always have to have lasagna, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and squash pie. The rest is pretty flexible.

Eggnog...either homemade or Anderson-Erickson, here in the Midwest.
Rosettes. I've got a LARGE collection of irons, thanks to the internet and Ebay. http://www.sugarcraft.com/catalog/cooky/rosette.htm
Tangerines---always used to get them in our stockings.
Dobosh torte.
Frosted pretzels.
Brachs Cinnamon nougats...had to cruise the grocery stores to find them this year...first three didn't have them. And Milky Way Caramels.
