Of all of the tasty foods in the world, why do children love pizza so much?

Hmmm. Have you tasted a pizza lately? Comfort food, with the hot dough, wonderful toppings and fat , which always makes a product more tasty. Add to that how easy it is to eat, better than a slice of bread or one smeared with pnut butter and jelly.
When my grand kids were here from Holland, they went directly to McDonalds, and then found Burger King and stuck with that one (both ff stores are one block from my house). Pizza wasn't even requested. When we went to a buffet, they chose hot dogs and hamburgers and a slice of pizza. But they didn't go back for seconds on the pizza. Could be because in Holland they do not have pizza shops like we do. McDonalds is popular there because of the advertising and marketing. Pizza is NOT marketed like in USA. And when pizza is available, a lot of times it is Turkish pizza, much different from Pizza Hut (which is in Europe) But again, the advertising/marketing makes the difference from what I've seen while living in Europe.

i assume cos there are such lots of distinctive element you've gotten on it, and that they provide the effect of being so colourful and yummy. little ones think of of them as quickly nutrients yet mothers and fathers could be relatively clever and get user-friendly bases and then stick lots of healthy toppings on, possibly even get the youngsters to help? yet its no longer in user-friendly terms little ones, i like Pizza too with greater desirable cheese, ham, fowl, sweetcorn and pineapple. I had a buddy as quickly as who made a candy pizze with chocolate and marshmellow topping!

OoOohH PIZZA...
because it taste so good,
it's just a phone call away, and
it has tons of toppings in one slice...
or they watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles growing up... haha... well at least i did...

they love it because it is one food that is not full of vegetables and stuff your mother makes you eat. it has a lot of cheese and dough and just in general things a child would want to eat and not told to eat and they can eat it with their hands and not forced to use silverware

salt, fat, carbs... sounds like any snack food.
How can children not like it?
You do have some freaks that don't like the tomato sauce and will just eat the cheesy topping, but that's just salt and fat under the guise of dairy.
