The body's powers of regeneration begin to wane and then peter out about the time a man reaches 25 and a woman 21. From that moment on, you are litterally but slowly falling apart. Your brain cells start dying at an accelerated rate, cellular regeneration slows down, and the organs begin their slow process of deterioration. That's a fact. We litterally are dying slowly but surely every day after a certain point. In Nature, if you aren't growing, you are dying. And then, there's cellular death which occurs every day of our life. Our individual cells have an individual life span, usually not very long. Skin cells are killed every day and have a short life span. The lining of the Stomach replaces itself monthly. The average life of a blood cell is estimated at about six weeks, comparable to the lifespan of a Honey Bee. Brain cells live the longest and have the worst powers of regeneration--once believed to be nil--and many that you had in childhood are still with you even if you live to be over 100! Then there are parts of you that can die without you dying as a whole like having an gangrenous leg surgically removed. All the trillions of cells in that removed leg die, but you live on thanks to the surgery!
In a very real sense, you are not an individual, but a host of tiny beings working in tandem!

Peace and blessings be upon you
In the death , the spirit become free from the body.
They say ;When we sleep , the spirit partially be free from the body , and go to the world of spirits to get from it what will enable it to charge the body.
Many things everyday may kill our happiness and comfort ,and create the sadness in our hearts ;But also other things can create the happiness inside us easily , as just a smile.
and all of this ,has no meaning as after this type of death we come back., may all of this preparation for us , may the God want tell us that ,i give you everyday a chance to come back and stop doing this mistakes , but there is an end to the life test , after this end, we will not come back.

Yes we, are dying a little daily as a christian , we die daily for Christ Sake, for if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death, the deeds of the body, you will live, open your mouth, for the speechless, in the case of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy. It's appointed for all flesh to die once, and the Spirit will continue to live for ever . Jesus died for all flesh so we die, daily for His sake. Be bless.

Not really. We are in a constant state of death and rebirth. We grow new cells to replace older ones. Once we reach a certain point of our growth and development "our genetic peak" we begin to have a breakdown of our mitocondria DNA that causes damage to other healthy DNA and starts the aging process where we begin to slowly grow old and die. Science is working on reversing and or stopping this process as we speak.

Let me put it this way, we are progressing a little towards our next phase in the eternal cycle of birth-life-death-rebirth. We are in Life phase which is the best phase to attain liberation from this miserable cycle when we can gain knowledge and can be aware of many things that become out of bounds in our death-rebirth and birth stages. We have to make the maximum use of the 'life' phase of our cycle.
