last night i had another nervous breakdown, b/c of my asshole parents. i got threatened to leave the house and my asshole dad screamed way angrier than ever before. second time i want to die and get a gun, but evrytime i wake up i change my mind. i always get a nagging feeling that i have to live even though theres no reason why i should. all i want most is to get my own house and not care about anything.
is there reasons why some cowards like me become too afraid after i sleep overnight? why do i still feel like i have to stick around when things always get worse

You are there to be parented. You will feel wild things while growing up, and when you wake up each morning feeling better it's because the feelings have naturally passed. Try not to get so worked up.

The thing about suicide is, if you have to contemplate it, you really don't want it. You either do it or you don't.

I can understand wanting to be out of a situation so much that something drastic seems like the only option. But no one has the right to take your life from you because of their growth or lack there of.

Just so you know, getting your own place doesn't solve all your problems, you get a whole set of new ones.

Consider what troubles you most about the people you're having problems with. And if you're having problems with their problems then you really have no problem because you're not the one broken.

There are plenty reasons to live, try spending some time alone to think, then go out and do them.

We could go on and on, for the ahadeeth are vast in numbers, about the Prophet's descriptions of Paradise. But a place that has houses built with gold and silver bricks: where its dirt is made of rubies and sapphires and its inhabitants wear only the finest silk garments, sounds like a pretty exclusive neighborhood to me. Who are these people who will be allowed to live in this enchanting place? The Jews say the Jews. The Christians say the Christians. But Allah says, "And they say: 'None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian.' Those are their (vain) desires. Say, 'Produce your proof if you are truthful.' [2:111] He also says, "(Namely) those whose lives the angels take in a state of purity, saying (to them), 'Peace be on you, enter you the Garden, because of (the good) which you did (in the world)." [16:32]

Always in the Qur'an when Allah mentions those who will attain Paradise, He mentions the believers, not the Muslims. He, subhanahu wa ta'ala, says, "Indeed the Muttaqoon will be amongst the Gardens and water-springs." [15:45] He also says, "Verily, the Muttaqoon will be in a place of security, among Gardens and Springs, dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other. This is how it shall be, and We shall marry them to Houris with wide, lovely eyes. They will request therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security." [44:51-55]

So who are the believers and how do we become one of them? Allah says, "They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid the wrong and they strive with one another in hastening to good deeds, and those are among the good." [3:114]

He, subhanahu wa ta'ala, also says of the believers, "But the Apostle and those who believe with him strive hard with their property and their persons; and these it is who shall have the good things and these it is who shall be successful." [9:88]

If you have any thoughts of killing yourself then you should seek help. It's a good thing that you feel different after you sleep it just means you put the situation in perspective and you see its not bad enough to die over. But seek some counseling.

Your situation is temporary with your parents. You will be out on your own when you are of age and get a job to support yourself. Focus on this and do what you can do to prepare for being independent. There is a lot to do, but you can do it. Lots of luck.

Please talk to your parents about how you are feeling. I know it may seem like they are against you but im sure if they knew you were feeling so low that they would understand and try to resolve your issues. If you dont want to speak to them phone a helpline and discuss your feelings with someone else. Just remember you have one life and it is priceless. Please be careful. Best wishes.
