Walking three miles each day is very beneficial for you, both mentally & physically. Walking will help you tone up & you will lose weight as well. Moving your arms will give you a good cardio workout as well. Don't forget to drink water daily. That's very beneficial to the body as well. Walking is the most natural form of exercise & not so hard on the joints like jogging is.

You do not need a gym, you`re already @ a perfect weight , the lowest healthy weight for your height is 129. If you would like to achieve this weight intensifying your walking, and streching before and after your walk, make shure you`re getting @ least 100 grms. of protein in your diet ,several serving fruits and veggies ,@ least a gallon of water on the days that you walk, other days half your weight.

A lot!
1. Don't walk in a straight line, or you'll be 3 miles from home.
2. Don't just entirely drop meat and fish from your diet. Lots of vegetarians don't get enough protein and iron. Read and learn.

Walking burns as many calories as running. It will strengthen your gluteus muscles, calves, and the support muscles around your hip and knee joints. It's good for your lower back as well. Walking on the ground is actually more efficient than walking on a treadmill because you gain added resistance from the friction of your feet pulling you forward.
there are a ton of benefits, especially since you are eating a healthy diet.

Any type of exercise will help you feel good and relieve stress.
If the picture is a recent one, let me say from what I see you look like a vibrant, healthy young lady! Be sure you check in with a family physician just to be sure everything is ok. (better safe than sorry!) Then get a comfortable pair of shoes and go for it!!!

You will burn about 300 additional calories, and help slightly speed up your metabolism for the rest of the day, so it will certainly be good for you. To make it even better, consider running those 3 miles :)

depends on what you did at the gym, if you just keep up the same routine on your own at home you should be fine, calculate how many calories you burned a week at the gym and make sure you are burning the same from your at home excersizes.
self.com has a good fitness calculator if you need to know how many calories you burn from various activities
