I think some of the answers to this question are assuming that they're born to Christian parents in a Muslim country...
Anyway, I wonder if I'd still be an atheist if I'd been born 500 years ago, when the indoctrination was even more severe.

Yes I will still be a Christian. Why would I give in to selfish muslim goverments if they only choose to give benefits to muslim people? I'ma move out of that country.

I've thought about this a lot, actually. It would depend on whether I'd ever had the opportunity to hear the full gospel of Christ, wouldn't it?
Regardless of where I was born, I'm certain to have been some kind of theist. Belief in the spiritual has always been with me, and was not taught to me. It was just there.

All ppl born in a Muslim country are Muslim by law. So you cannot apostasize to become Christian.
Yet many in places like Iran do become Christians, even though no missionaries go there. They become Christian becuase of dreams where Christ personally appears to them. They are then converted, thousands by this method. So God does have His ways.

First of all, there is no one islamic right now. All regimes in middle east are not islamic.
So what are you saying doesnt make sense. In Islamic countries and even in the countries in the middle east, every one take the religion of his father. Forign people, no one can specifh thier religion because forign dont put the religion in the passport.

Yes. I don't think that you understand that there are other religions in Muslim countries. Please do a little research on this topic.
