Babylon is a civilization, how would you go about translating it?

The only thing I can think of that comes close to what your asking is the Babylonian Talmud. I do not know if they have English versions online or not.

The other possibility is the Majority Text or the Texus Receptus of the New Testament. Search online, you can actually see the codex Vaticanus and Sainiticus online.

"Babylon"???

Like, the movie? that would be a transcript, not a translation.

Babylonian something? babylonian Talmud?

Why not just get a job and buy whatever it is you're talking about?
