I am 17. I have a 10 year old best friend. Can, or how long until I can adopt her. Her family don't want her.

in the usa you have to be 25 to adopt.
your considered a child yourself. no curt would grant you a 10 year old/ if her life is so bad turn them into social services and let them handle placing her into a family who can provide for her needs
kids are alot of responsibilty food clothes how would you provide for her with no education and a kid yourself

I can't speak for the rules in your state, but here in GA you have to be at least 21 and 10 years older than the child.

her family doesn't want her/ hmmm then you need to contact the proper authorities , that would be the nicest thing you could do for your friend
