Oh yeah, I work out every morning for an hour four days a week and sometimes on Saturday for 30 minutes.

You're not eating enough. Women need at LEAST 1200 calories a day just to live - more if you are heavier or active. If you don't eat enough, you won't lose weight.

That's barely anything to eat! It sounds like you're doing everything right to lose weight. I'm surprised you can actually stick to such a strict diet. Are you getting enough water? You should drink at least 8 glasses a day. Maybe you are drinking fattening or sugary drinks instead of water. Those can pack on the calories and fat. Go to the doctor if you can't lose weight. You may have a thyroid problem.

You should also read Dr.Phil's book "The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution". there is a section in there about people who just can't lose weight no matter what they do.

Keep up the good work. It might just take you a bit longer to lose weight. Don't be frustrated by weight per se, go by the way your clothes fit. (Weight is a horrible fat-measurment tool!)

The cereal, banana, noodles, bread and brown rice are high carb. foods. Lay off the carbs. The carbs turn to pure sugar in your system. A good example of what I mean is mashed potatoes. One cup of mashed potatoes is equal to 1/4 cup of sugar. Protein and fat with the exception of saturated fat is what you need, but don't get too much fat. Most vegetables are low fat and low carb, but not all. None of the diets will do much good for weight loss without a moderate amount of exercise to go along with them. Muscle is what burns the fat in your body.

I had a friend back home who was 5' 10" and 235 lbs, no matter what she did, dieting, playing sports, etc.
She finally took her mother's advice and saw a team of trainers.
Her metabolism was that of an 80 year old woman!
Through a custom diet, right exercise, and sleep patterns, she went down to 5' 10" and 180 lbs!

And was still going when I left my old state.

Maybe you need a trainer or serious doctor, who can discover your personal situation and make your hard work actually work for you!

You know what even if you have less food u gain weight ...
You must eat breakfast as much as yu can ..... Cut down on meat and eat veggies.. with less oily stuff and then just walk for like half and hour and just do window shopping in the mall if you dont have any store near your home so.. you can help urself..... So dont diet too much cause u have their side effects tooo... so be a normal walk as much as u could by doing chores and all that stuff....

If you eat that same stuff every day, that sucks.
You need to eat good, like you are, work out more (harder) and get sleep. It takes time, you cant lose all the weight you want in 2 days.
Working out is essential. You can eat that healthy food, but if you sit on the couch it wont do much.

You're definitely not eating enough... Also, do you eat the same thing everyday? It is better for your body to get a varied diet. I would also add more vegetables. Vegetables are low in calories if you're worried about that. Just steam them. If you don't get enough calories you won't lose weight. I'd also use soymilk if I were you, and maybe less meat.

Good luck!

You are not eating enough, you have taught your body to hang on to it's fat to survive. I suggest you join weight watchers, or go on line for 3 balanced meals per day.
You should keep in mind variety of foods. Most important, at least 3 days a week of cardio and 2 days weight training.
That will work.
