He has made it possible for humans everywhere to learn and speak the one and only pure language. This is happening in fulfillment of a promise given through the prophet Zephaniah: “I [Jehovah God] shall give to peoples the change to a pure language in order for them all to call upon the name of Jehovah, in order to serve him shoulder to shoulder.”

The “pure language” is the truth of God found in his Word, the Bible. Especially is it the truth about God’s Kingdom, which will sanctify Jehovah’s name, vindicate his sovereignty, and bring blessings to mankind. As the only spiritually clean tongue on earth, the pure language is spoken by people of all nations and races. It enables them to serve Jehovah “shoulder to shoulder,” or “with one shoulder.” They thus serve him unitedly, or “with one consent.”

To unify his people, Jehovah gives them a pure language. This new language includes a proper understanding of Bible truth about God and his purposes. Speaking the pure language involves believing the truth, teaching it to others, and living in harmony with God’s laws and principles. It calls for shunning divisive politics and rooting out of the heart selfish attitudes, such as the racism and divisive nationalism characteristic of this world. (John 17:14; Acts 10:34, 35) All honesthearted ones who have love for the truth can learn this language.

For then I shall give to peoples the change to a pure language, in order for them all to call upon the name of Jehovah, in order to serve him shoulder to shoulder.’ - Zephaniah 3:9
Although God’s people are multilingual, the barrier created by language difference is overcome because their minds are filled with the common or mutual language of the truth. In unity they speak in praise of Jehovah and his righteous purposes by Christ Jesus. Thus, the promise at Zephaniah 3:9 is fulfilled as all speak in agreement” and are “fitly united in the same mind and in the same line of thought.”—1Corinthians 1:10.

I believe it is pure truth. The bible says that the tongue is a little member that boasteth great things...and that the tongue can no man tame...and that life and death are in the power of the tongue. With the same mouth bless we God and curse we men. This "pure language" is the way that God sets a guard at our mouth preventing us from saying things that we shouldn't. I do not think this is the speaking of tongues..which is the heavenly language..a communication between our spirit and our heavenly Father.
