Throughout the synoptic gospels Jesus is called " son of David." He is never called or linked with Michael or any other spirit being.. An angelical idenity for the Son of God is clearly excluded. If Jesus had really pre-exisited as Michael he could not by definition have been the lineal and biological descendant of David. To speak of pre-human existence contradicts the scriptures which show Jesus as coming into existence only at his conception in Mary. One cannot exist before one exists. Such an idea is illogical. Would this not be a form of teaching re-incarnation? Michael the Angel changed himself into Jesus . Pre-existed himself. Became the son of God, went back to Heaven, is he still the son of God or Michael the angel or God himself?

Jesus is called "son of David" referring to the fact that he is a decendant of David thru May's line. He did not pre-exist as Michael, He pre-existed as part of the Godhead. He existed before His conception & birth to Mary in human form. He did not exist in human form before this, therefore no reincarnation. Michael is an archangel created by God not Jesus the Son of God.

Jesus's step father was Joseph who was of the house of David. Under Jewish law, as in most other cultures, this made Jesus belong to thee house of David. Jesus was true God and true man. His divinity preexisted from eternity, but His humanity had no preexistence. Michael the Archangel was merely another of God's creatures like we are. We do not know very much about angels, except that they were created and tested by God to earn a eternal reward, or punishment.

Jesus has different titles. Jesus is the very Son of God. Since He was born of a human woman, He is the Son of man. Jesus, who is so much higher than the Angels. All of the Angels were created by God. But only Jesus, who is so much higher than all the Angels, is the very Son Of God Himself. Jesus said that, " I and my Father are one." Three in the Godhead. Father, Son,, and Holy Spirit. But yet, they are one. Do you find this hard to believe? It can be confusing but this is what we are told.

As Papa observed Jesus and Michael are an identical guy or woman, Jesus rebuked devil, Michael did no longer, yet purely by way of fact a guy or woman does not do some thing, it does not advise that this guy or woman can not try this, now and lower back they might do a particular subject that on yet another social gathering they won't.

The answer to your first question is "yes." His origin was "from early times, from the days of time indefinite," says Micah 5:2. Jesus himself said: "I am from the realms above"--that is, from heaven.--John 8:23. The Bible identifies Jesus as "the beginning of creation by God."--Rev. 3:4. Jesus is "the firstborn of all creation."--Colossians 1:15, 16. Jesus was the only one directly created by God himself. Therefore, he is called God's "only-begotten Son."--John 3:16. The firstborn Son also bears the title "the Word."--John 1:14. Why? Because before being born as a human, he served in heaven as one who spoke for God. "The Word" was with Jehovah God "in the beginning," when "the heavens and the earth" were created. He was the one to whom God said: "Let us make man in our image."--John 1:1; Gen. 1:1, 26. Jehovah's firstborn Son was there at his Father's side, actively working with him. At Proverbs 8:22-31, he is represented as saying: "I came to be beside [the Creator] as a master worker, and I came to be the one he was specially fond of day by day, I being glad before him all the time." There are times in the Bible when individuals are known by more than one name. For example, the patriarch Jacob is also known as Israel, and the apostle Peter, as Simon.--Genesis 49:1, 2; Matthew 10:2. Likewise, the Bible indicates that Michael is another name for Jesus Christ, before and after his life on earth. God's word refers to Michael "the archangel."--Jude 9. This term means "chief angel." Notice that Michael is called the archangel. this suggests that there is only one such angel. the term "archangel" occurs in the Bible only in the singular, never in the plural. Jesus is linked with the office of archangel. 1Thessalonians 4:16 states: "The Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel's voice." Thus the voice of Jesus is described as being that of an archangel. This scripture therefore suggests that Jesus himself is the archangel Michael. Also, compare these Scriptures, Revelation 12:7, Revelation 19:14-16; 2 Thessalonians 1:7; Matthew 16:27; 24:31; 1 Peter 3:22; Matthew 13:41. Good question. In order to know who is Michael the archangel we need to understand the meaning of the name in it's original language translation. Michael in Hebrew means "who is with God" the archangel is translated as "The greatest messenger" combine them together they actually mean "The greatest messenger who is wth God." Jesus existed and was with God way before creation. He is, and always has been, God's eternal Son and indeed God Himself. Any comparison made to Jesus as an angel is simply a sense as He is a greatest messenger of salvation and is in no way intended to diminish from His eternal divinity.

Hi. My understanding is that Jesus existed since the very beginning. Read John 1:1 where it says that the Word was with God at the beginning. Jesus=The Word

Jesus was involved in the creation of angels. (See John 1:1 Cf. Genesis 1).

The writer to the Hebrews also makes it clear: "So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs. For to which of the angels did God ever say, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father"? Or again, "I will be his Father, and he will be my Son"? And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, "Let all God's angels worship him." (Hebrews 1:4-6)

Jesus was not an angel, he was a human just like you and me. Islam,Christianity and Judaism do not believe or encourage the thought of re incarnation. It has been written a number of times in the Quran, that every living thing is born and it dies once.
Jesus was not an angel.
Another fact, even muslims believe that Jesus will re appear before the days of resurrection and save us from Anti-christ.

May Allah bless us all.

Jesus is God in a fleshly body. He is completely God and completely man. The "God-man" if you will. Micheal is an Archangel...not the Son of God. He is an angel..and a worshipper of God and Jesus. They are completely 2 seperate beings.
