Sean,
I pray several times every day. Christmas should have nothing to do with remembering our GOD the FATHER and HIS SON, Jesus CHRIST. Christmas is a human holiday that was instigated as men wanted a day to celebrate rather than "of GOD". We celebrate the Death, Burial, Resurrection, and Ascension of CHRIST each and every LORD'S DAY at the LORD'S SUPPER as we are told the first century Christians did on the First Day of the Week. Have a great week!
Thank YOU,
Eds

who is this question directed to?

Christians already have Jesus Christ as their savior so don't need to pray that particular prayer - and anyone who's not Christian is not very likely to read your post and say ..."Oh wow! you've totally enlightened and converted me! "

And as for what Christmas is all about...its about different things to different people.

Your best witness as a Christian is to simply live a loving and peaceful life that honors Christ.

I pray each and every day. Jesus is my Savior. I have had 2 different ladies I know from Church say "Happy Holidays!" To me lately, I replied Merry Christmas!

Yes, I pray daily even if the only thing I say is "thank You God for another day!" Why not give honor where honor is due. Who woke you up this morning?

Yes and in my prayers I will remember the babies being born at this time in conditions of extreme poverty or insecurity. And that our prayers will empower us to try and do something about it,
