Loving You Lord is all I'm living for.
Loving You Lord to the uttermost
Lord forgive me if I've left my first love
Thats the Bridal love for You..
You are more than anyone I love
You are more than anything I have
Even my dear self.. Nothing can compare
To my beloved Bridegroom
I Give You the FIRST place in all things by faith
Let nothing take Your place in all my heart
Infuse me with Yourself abundantly
Till we meet.. dear Lord.... I'd love You with my Best Love.
Dear brothers and sisters,
May His love be shed abroad in our hearts.. From this kind of shedding love we love all those in our lives in a way that is lasting. Our spouces.. Our kids.. our families.. friends.. gospel friends..and most of all.. those whom Our Lord died for and paid the highest price to redeem
Share your own love testimony with us,
Your sister.. and fellow lover of our coming Bridegroom
Sandy

Hello there. Ty for posting today to this question.
I understand your point of view and appreciate your honesty when you say that you have known the Father but onlly accepted the Lord as your Savior Later.
I just want to put this to you. To know the Father is to love the Son. He is in the Bosom of the Father. He is our Way to the Father. We have received the Spirit of sonship through the Lord Jesus. Of our own we cannot say " abba Father "to God theFather. We have been drawn near in the Blood of the Lord Jesus. Outside of that we have no qualification or stand.
May the Lord truly unveil Himself more and more to all of us. May we all love Our God Who is Father, Son and Spirit. To say you love one more than the other is to divide our God. The Father loves the Son and the Spirit. The Spirit loves theFather and Son. The SOn loves the Father and Spirit. They are ONE. May we keep giving our hearts to love this Wonderful God of ours.
IN Christ

Beautiful, Sandy. It is exactly what the Bible calls us to do in relating to our Savior. Love we return because He loved us more and loved us first is what it is about.

Sandy.... The "song" you shared is very nice, but, though I am indeed a bride of Christ, personally, my FIRST LOVE has always been God Himself, as my Father and God...I didn't "meet" Jesus till years later, and though I love Him and claim Him as my Savior and Groom with joy as a Gentile woman, and thankful that He brought us God's Holy Spirit as the other comfortor, I feel He understands when I say that in my heart He is second to God our Father. :)
***LOL...all that you have said is what I had orriginally been going to write to you...posted it in a Blog instead, lol
However....Jesus Himself kept correcting people as to whom had more importance and whom was our first love... :)
I will be speaking to the Father about this soon, but, I must say, that after all these years, I have learned to "listen and pay attention" whenever I feel an "alarm" going off :)
What He is trying to tell me isn't always made clear right away though, so, the only thing it is effective for at the moment is for me to keep my eyes and ears open and keep covering myself with the Blood of Jesus before, durring and after I take the matter to God. :)
However, may I suggest that you abstain from speaking as the New Agers do? It is through the SUBTLE and "innocent" things such as that that satan is able to get a foot in the door.
And the only time I find myself repeating something over and over in the course of a day it is something important.
Just an observation, ask God about it. :)

Now, go the next step. Understand that you and Jesus; you and God; you and me; and you and (them) are the same. Thus a new song:
Loving me is all I'm living for.
Loving me is the utmost.
I forgive myself as I've left my first love.
For Bridal love is love of the self, nonetheless....
Add: No Warrior, no. The teachings of Jesus Christ were edited down. He himself told all who were listening at the time not to be surprised by his miracles for they too are empowered with the same energy. That part is still true today. What is fasle is the "needing" factor. You do not need Jesus Christ no more than God needs me. You are the magic; the miracle; the magnificient--You! Jesus spoke in the language that was best received at the time of his life here. We have been updated, more informed since then.
You don't need saving becasue there is nothing to be saved from. In my opinion, Christianity is the least of the established religions because it is the largest in the world yet the most backwards. It puts God into a neat little box surrounded by barbed wire with special access codes that only a select few have. There is no such God.
You, Warrior, you are your own salvation. That salvation is simply to know God as yourself. When you love you with all of your heart you love me, Jesus, God, the Klan, Skinheads, Mr Bush, the rapist, the murderer, your mom, dad, brothers, and sisters all the same way. This is what Jesus was talking about, not that other stuff. Do you love this way?
