This man stole my friend's television and 10,000 in cash from me.
He lives in Paterson NJ how do I report him? And what number do I use? please help! I looked in his wallet his name does not match his social security card.

You should make a theft report with your local police first, giving them as much info as possible. This includes showing them what you found. And if you are sure he lives in Paterson, NJ, you need to show them your proof.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or (ICE), works through local police to enforce immigration laws. They should be able to help you solve this problem.

Your friend needs to contact local police. Immigration will get you nowhere until you file a police report. Odds are much better in this instance because it should be felony.
