I don't use any debt any longer. The only debt I will incurr is for a house (mortgage). I believe everything can be saved for, including emergencies. Having a 3-6 month Emergency Fund of cash for expenses can save a lot of headaches. I mean, really, if you were having an emergency would you want to BORROW money at high interest rates?? I know that it can depend on what the emergency is, but things like car repairs or temporary loss of a job can be covered with an emergency fund of cash.

Don't buy crap with a credit card. Only use them for actual emergency's, Like car repairs. The credit card people are the blame for all the credit problems. They even want you to use on to buy food from McDonald's & Burger King now. No wonder peoples credit is so screwed up.
