Do You Know How To Lessen Clogged Nose Problems?

This bugs me especially at night, I cannot sleep well. It makes my breathing at its worst... Oh! Please help me...

i use afrin severe congestion nose spray. i put it in there lay down, let it work about 10 minutes, and then blow my nose... works great!!!!

sometimes this is caused by dry nasal passages. try using a normal saline nasal spray this will help remove any debris in the nasal passages and keep them moist without the side effects of steroidal nasal sprays

a little vicks vapor rub under your nose
(under,not inside)
