nothing is recorded in the book of your deed unless you utter a word. because the angels only "write" what you do and what you say. but its only Allah who knows your thinking. and Allah is the most merciful and forgive every sin if you repent on it.

Allah the most merciful can forgive any sin, nomatter how big it is, we have endless strories told by our prophet mohamed (pbuh) about this subject, but forgivness doesn't come free, you have to renounce all the sins you've been committing, and try not to commit them again.
the doors of allah's forgiveness are always open as long as you are alive.

Anger is the enemy of logical thinking, if u repent from the bottom of ur heart and swear never to do it again, sure Allah is the most mercifull and the most forgiving.
