There was an article on this very subject on YahooNews last week. It said that teenagers are not emotionally mature -- much quicker to anger than adults, impulsive, not fully thinking through the possible future consequences of actions taken right now, not considering consequences at all, more inclined to depression, and on and on. I know all of this was true of *me* 4 million years ago when I was a teen.

The phrasing and spelling in the question make it difficult to answer, but here is my reply to what I think you are asking.
Teenagers should not be allowed to make important decisions for several reasons. First, they do not have the life experiences necessary to evaluate their choices. Second, their brains are not fully developed, especially the areas that calculate risk, so their choices are not as safe as those of an adult. Third, peer pressure causes them to base their decisions on what their friends would think, not what is best for them. Last, legally they do not have the right to make many important decisions since they are minors.

Maturity and experience r not adequate in them. Well they could be allowed to take important decisions amongst their own group for educating them.
