Im 19, I weight 92 on a good day, and Im about 5'1. I have to constantly eat. I dont mind that, cause I love food. I know that Im small girl only being 5'1 but sometimes I feel like I look sick. I've tried drinking the 1800 calories drink but that didnt help. Im tierd of over stuffing myself to try to gain 1 extra pound. What else should I do?

Heres some of the problems I also have that may have something to do w/ my wieght. I have little to no energy. If I eat sweets I get light headed and feel like I'll pass out. I bruse very easy. I have a huge bruse that I 4 months ago that hasnt went away. I also get colds easy.

You're not gonna get much sympathy from people for this problem. Unless you're physically ill, my suggestion is that you enjoy it until your age catches up with you and kicks you in the butt. In the meantime, you could try drinking meal shakes on top of your regular eating. Not only will that give you extra calories, but vitamins and minerals too.

Because your a mesomorph your body likes to hold on to fat and doesn't like to lose it,you didn't draw the genetic shortstraw it's easier to eat calorie dense food then to do some cardio which on average burns 1000 calories an hour

I would change your approach a little. Rather than drinking high calorie drinks, take some of the high protien ones instead. In addition to that, I would suggest a weight training program so that you are putting muscle on your bones rather than just trying to gain fatty weight.

my friend said keep on eating high calorie foods and drinks ex specially soda like Pepsi. My friend is also trying to gain weight but his coatch told him the op posit thing to do to eat 4 place of packed food but that really is not healthy so I wouldn't do that.
I am also small for my self but that is because I am in sports. But really I don't like to eat that much I like to drink alot.
Sounds weird I know. OH well though for me. Good luck!

This is a problem? Seriously if you're not bingeing and purging or some other eating disorder, stop worrying about it. 92 may be your correct weight. You're a tiny person. Try to enjoy it.

Talk to your doctor. YOur weight may or not be a healthy weight for you. I am sure if you need to gain weight they can offer you some suggestions that are still HEALTHY. Afterall, you don't want to clog your arteries just to gain weight do you?

Enjoy it while you've got it, because sooner or later all women get chubby.(lol)

Try working out, it will stimulate your appetite and get you tone so you'll be extra hot.

Most girls you age would kill for that problem. As long as you have no other health problems that you did not mention, don't worry about it.
