No way.
"Go out" is going out on one date. You guys might hate each other after that! Going out a lot means your the girlfriend, if you know he's not also dating someone else.

Some people like to have those two in one statements that mean a bunch of things at once, even though the other party doesn't

To me when I ask someone to go out with me, that is what it means, go out have a bite to eat watch a movie... smoke... uh... tabacco.

But on the other hand, there are people who think saying these words to someone they like and getting a positive answer, think that they are now a couple, which I think is silly.

I suggest, that you make it clear, at the end of the night, or beginning of the date what he/she meant specifically. Hopefully you get an honest answer and you will be more clear on the statement.

But remember, what one thing means to someone, doesnt nessesarily mean the same for another.

It means a date, an invitation to just go out with the guy and have some fun, nothing more.

When I was growing up "will you go out with me" always meant will you be my girlfriend - so unless things have changed in 10 years I would say yes!!

Will you go out with me means just that to me. He wants to go out. Either way ...weather it means want to be my girlfriend or go to the movies if you like him go. If you want to be his g/f then just hope that is what it meant, if not at least you got to go to the movies with him.

If you are in H.S. it means he wants you to be his girlfriend but if you are older it just means a date.

um maybe you should ask him...don't be scared, don't expect him to say be his girlfriend though because then you'll feel played....lol but it's funny because when i was little, "will you go out with me" meant be my girlfriend.. lol and now, to me, it's just a date with someone...but yeah.. u need to just ask him.
