if it was me i think i would have to speak to the manager and just let them know how innapropriate you think the gift bags are, perhaps they dont realise the staff are giving them out without checking ages of the clients.

Just think if they had given it to a kid a little older with no adult supervision, a 13 yr old would have probably tried it, and who knows the outcome.

Most 10 year olds dont get their nails done pro...its probably a standard bag for birthdays for 21 year olds and the girl probably thought it was harmless. Let go of the mad and call the place and let them know of the oversite so that it doesnt happen to anyone else. Use it as a good opportunity to talk to your daughter about being careful what she gets from strangers and the bogus free gift scams we all deal with....

Obviously the gift bags are meant for adults, because not many 10 year olds get their nails done. I would call and give the shop owner a "heads up" just so they won't make the same mistake again, but it sure isn't worth getting mad over or causing a stink!

Giving alcohol to a minor is against the law. Your sister probably did not know that there was alcohol in the little bag. You should call the nail salon and complain to the management. They should not be handing out alcohol at all especially to children, and the employees should be aware what is in the little gift bag.

Contact the store and register a complaint. Ask them to make sure their gift baggies are age appropriate. I suspect this is something they have pre-made and give to customers. They may not have thought about what was actually inside. It sounds like an innocent mistake but they need to be made aware of it.

maybe you could tell the manager or the staff that their is a mis understanding. explain to your kid that maybe they have mistaken a barbie doll for the brandy. tell the management that your kid wants what she really deserves, a barbie...! just act on the scene,,make the kid cry. :'(

i'm sure it was an oversight on their part. give them a call and let them know to check the bage before giving it to kids. don't make a fuss over it.
