Oh wow so do I! but i can't go i have larengitus although we've working w/ high schoolers and middle schoolers It's called electricity (the piece). But NEWAY Back to my answer,, try zicam. lol it goes up your nose but it works. This isbecause in your nose is where the bacteria is from a cold and when you put the medicine on it kills it. You can get it from like any drug store. Plus, drink fluids, and gets lotsa rest! Good luck!

Its just a head cold it all depends on his immune system, just have him take some decongestants, maybe some nyquil too, things like mildly spicy soup is good for congestion other than that he just needs some rest, its really nothing to worry about

Sudafed or something similar is probably your best bet. Don't bother with any of the stuff marked as "homeopathic cures" or anything similar. If you do a little research on these, you'll see that at least some are just expensive placebos. Why not at least use something that has contains active ingredients, and has been tested by the FDA?

My usual defence is to load up on Vit. C, I take up to 3500 mg.or 7 - 500 mg doses the first day. Lots of water and fruit juice, too.

Rest lots. Drink hot steamy drinks: I favor hot lemon and honey and beef bouillon. Eat chicken soup. You might even consider using Nyquil to control the symptoms.

Good luck.
