Atheism is, by definition, not a religion.

And, you would find the nicest people anywhere. I have never experienced a religion where the people were not nice, caring and helpful. There isn't a major religion without a version of the golden rule, and some make more strenuous demands on love and caring than Christianity, the Jains are a good example of this. People are people, religion does seem to create a cooperative dynamic that permits killing other people, just as ethnicity can do.

Science can be a religion. I find most scientists are very down to earth even if some of them are nerdy, they always have proof instead of saying it's God will or God plan to everything one can not explain. The problem with most people is that they have no patience, they want instant gratification, they want an answer right now. Science takes time, eventually science will answer all questions, but since it is not within our lifetime, we decide to be superstitious and create fictional, supernatural being to satisfy our demand for answers. Thousand of years from now when scientists can explain most of everything, our great great....grandchildren will look back and laugh at some of us for worshipping an invisible man in the sky.

I don't think Atheism is a religion. lol. But hey just because we are "atheist" or w.e. label they call people nowadays, it doesn't mean we don't like people from other religions. Everyone is potentially good. Let's say if I didn't have a choice, i would just go to the one where people respect each other and don't hate other religions because their religion is different even though they believe in the same supernatural being

I'd say Buddhism, but I guess that's a bit of a cop out since it's essentially an atheistic religion. Other than that, most Pagans seem okay.
Of course there are nice people and jerks in every group, and I don't generally judge someone's personality by their religion.

I'd say Buddhism, but not based on the fact that Buddhisms adherents are the nicest, just that I like many of the qualities and beliefs of the Buddhist teachings.

As many others have pointed out, atheism is not a religion.

I think we should take bits from each... no one religion is perfect in my mind but any religion which emphasises the importance of being kind to each other is good in my mind...

The problem with organised religion in my mind though is that they are all so sure that they are right, and think that it is their duty to criticise everyone with opposing beliefs, or who follow their religion in a different way!

My personal beliefs follow that of Jewish/Christian/Muslim in that I believe in a God but I believe that each of these religions have elements of being very judgemental towards others, and that just isn't something I am interested in!

I would rather hold my own beliefs, and follow them in my day to day life rather than focusing on going to church one day a week... that may work for some people but to me, a church is just a building!

Wow, is this English?

Atheism isn't a religion. But if I had to choose, I'd probably pick Therevada Buddhism first and Bahai second. Both peaceful, introspective religions that encourage understanding and international cooperation.

Atheism isn't a religion. The Unitarian Universalists (UU) folks are nice.

Any group of people who worships a fictitious character is not worthy of my consideration and its respective members can only be judged individually, on their own merit.
Those above, who chose one religion over another, seem to be lost and unwilling to defend their beliefs.
