It took me a while to get over "the one" but I finally did when I came to terms that he wasn't coming back and I found someone that loved me back. I'll always still long for him back and I will always miss him. The heart never forgets it's first true love.

Sometimes it is hard to get over your ex.. especially when you have no one is your life. However once you start dating again and meeting different people, you will find that you 'can' move on and to possibly better things

I feel it depends on how the relationship ended... my last relationship ended horribly, he cheated on me with my sister and was a patheological liar...and the one before, was a great relationship, very honest, and open..and we loved each other, but the distance was too much, i def think about him as for #1..he could rot in hell and i wouldn't care, lol

time is the biggest nd in fact the only healer in heart breaks. i got over it in 2 yrs
