I am a really shy person and its holding me back on a lot of things.How to overcome it?

sometimes we(shy person)thinks that they are not looking good
sometimes thinks that people laugh on us etc etc
all thinks are sick
talk what you want
don't care of people
people are made for laughing on each other

I was a very shy person...very, very shy person, believe me... so shy that some actually thought that I was mute.. Anyway somehow I overcome my shyness and turned pretty friendly, and I can debate and argue about matter that I don't agree on.
So I'm a living proof... you too can overcome your shyness... No problem...

shyness is a state of mind. When you become confident in who you are, and know that you'll find what is right only by being you.....you loose a lot of your shyness.....at least when you know that what you see you wnat.
It is hard to explain. Some may still see you as shy...but that is just you....but that doesn't imply that you aren't confident...you just need to know how to be you....

i also had that situation before, im so shy. but when i started to talk to other person, it makes my shyness went away. i also started to gain more friends..
i suggest you do talk to others.. and time will come that your shyness will be gone..

get to know your shyness and confront it. ask yourself what they are and you will be surprised they are readily solved.
mix around and get used to being shy?
ask yourself, what are they? who knows they might be nonthing?
