is car insurance,inspection, and all the other things my car needs?

Insurance costs are dependent on the car value, your age and driving record. Most inspections for States have a set rate and you would need to call a place that does inspections. We don't know what "other things" your car needs.

You didn't provide enough information for anybody to even guess. Insurance costs vary so much from person to person, the only way you would be able to get an accurate estimate would be to call an agent for a quote. As far as inspection, that varies depending on where you live, the type of car, etc.
