We HAVE altered 'Local' climates in cities over the last 30+ years. Most here haven't been alive in the 70s + 80s when brown smog in large cities were VERY VISIBLE and almost 'Chewable'.
Now most large cities are clean in comparison to cities of the 80s even though their populations are 2 - 4 times greater.
There are more than enough 'Laws' now forcing 'cleaner environment' - more laws will only have a very small impact.
What I believe they are truly after is EUGENICS - but that would also impact the 'wealth' of these ELITISTS = Where could they spend their wealth if the population were drastically reduced?

Man cannot alter the climate. Nothing we do has this ability.

Only the Sun has the power to change the climate.

Lets face it nobody knows. But what we do know is most scientists working on the subject think the climate is at risk, and nows the time to do something on the subject. And if they are right then we might be in time to do something about it.
