There's this gal that I like but we are just friends (i told her last year but some things might change now).
To me: Few days we're quiet but she started by teasing me and conversation... She seemed interested in what i do and once she doodled on my paper w/o my knowledge and once just robs a paper off my hand and say, "let'see what he says..." and smiles teasingfully... During school activity today, she also teased me, seemed interested in conversations and asked for my help. She is also interested in what i do and once took photo when a friend of mine was about to throw me to the pool. Her friends tease her about me.

But, there's this other guy who likes her (i don't know how she feels) but she and that boy doesn't talk much... She doesn't make attempt to see him... She was like trying to avoid him but in today's school activities i saw her talking to him a couple of times - and she was smiling (she was smiling to everyone). One time, she seemed 'interested' and it was like for half a minute. She also talks to other boys though. then her friends tease her and she was whispering to her friend but I notice she occasionally look at me. They were in same group for the activities but didn't talk. Only one or two times inside the bus.

Well, since she looks to be more interested in you, I don't think she likes the other guy. To me, she's more interested in you. You should just, I dunno, tell her you want to be a bit more than friends and flirt a bit more. You shouldn't worry about the other guy, it seems he doesn't have the guts to do anything more than say hi and say a light conversation. Take that to your advantage and say something to her!

well it seems like u got it figured out.
"Does it necessarily mean she like him?" , you already know the answer to that and its just sounds like you need reassurance rather then an answer.

maybe, but you should ask her about that and you shouldn't give up. keep on trying.
