Time to move on. If you want to remain civil and friends except it now. If you have anything of hers or stuff you shared then ask her if she wants to pick it up or if you should drop it off.

It could be she still has feelings for you, though, not like before. You should prepare yourself, this may be just a meeting so she can say "you really need to move on".
If I was in your shoes I'd play the whole meeting aloof and not say anything about getting back together. Let her mention that if that is her intention. If she doesnt mention it and you really want her back try setting up a lunch or another coffe meeting to feel her out a little more before you set yourself up for dissapoitment.

Yes she still may have some feelings. If she did not I think she would have refused coffee.Just act like you are very good friends, keep the conversation of different topics as friends would.... dont dwell to much on the break-up...if theres anything there you will both find out.Talking is the best thing, keeping communication alive, this way if she does want to come back to you at some point she will most likely say...give her some space thats all she probably needs...I think you stand a good chance if you do not push her...or the conversation so that she feels..uncomfortable...

I don't know. But my advice is to take this as an olive branch, she's just trying to tell you that she has no hard feelings. The fact that she is making this friendly gesture to you says a lot of good things about her, and also about you, that even though she doesn't want to be your girlfriend anymore, she still thinks well of you. So be nice, but don't expect more than friendship from now on.

Calm cool and collected. Walking into this like a blabbering love ridden fool will get you no where. Do what you said, and be her friend. Don't bring up the subject of the break up. Treat her with respect and dignity. Be her friend.

Since you invited her, that means that there's still a chance to you kiss and make up, forgive and forget. Well, since you've known each other for so long, there's no harm in trying to be with each other again.
GOD BLESS. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

If she broke up with you, probably not. She just doesn't want to lose a good friend.
Just be relaxed and try not to bring up the old relationship.

Be yourself and don't expect too much from this coffee date. it seems she wants to keep your good relationship as a friend, so just enjoy the moment with her.

Even if she does... treat her as just a friend. Act normal asthough you never dated her.
