I met a girl I used to know when I was a shorty some 20 years ago when I was overseas in July. We hang out a few days while I was there reminiscing old times and such. The vibe was positive and all was well.

Since coming home I sent her a few books as she loves reading as a thanks for her hospitality. She sent me a handwritten on special paper, letter back in august. the letter was all positive. she requested a letter back but since starting my new job I never got around to sending her one.

Now is December some time has passed. I'm thinking of going back to see her in a few months. I want to see if this means anything and how far it will go.

Question: Do I need to write her more letters?

Hi,
From a woman's point of view, she might like some more books or personal things as well as letters. Keep talking of the good old time and keep the spark going. It sounds good to me and maybe after this next trip, she'll make a special trip to see you.
I'm a true romantic, so just be yourself and see where it leads you!
Good luck and have fun.
Please keep us all posted as to how it goes and when the wedding will be! ;)

You don't have to use just letters unless that's the only form of communication she gave you, but yes you should write to her a few more times before you visit her. Catch up a little in your letters then go and see her.

Tell me, how does ' Hi, enjoyed reading your letter, hey! i have a new job blah-bla-bla' sound to you? i don't think it was the new job that stopped you from writing to her, umm? Do you have her number? if no, then yes write her again and you better have a good enough reason for not writing to her, to tell you the truth, she probably think you ditched her. If i was you, i would get sometime off to see her, thats if she's worth the trouble.

We'll definetly keep the communication open. But find a easier way just to chat ie e-mail, im etc.

do what your heart says man.
do u like this girl?? are you sure?? then go ahead - give her call !! ( seriously , wat age are you living in excanging letters n stuff - VERY sweet.. but kinda out dated dun u think?)

ask yourself if u want to pursue this friendship - you dont hve to continue JUST cuz she is an old spark.

you should write back and let her know you are coming, that way she is expecting you and she won't go out anywhere
