Its not always the hot guys that get the guy, and if you want to get a girl, then you need to get over the jealousy, because no girl wants a boyfriend that is constantly jealous of other girls. You need to get your confidence up, girls are very attracted to confident men, thats why "hot" guys get a lot of girls, its the confidence that gets them, not the hotness.
