a girl, 14, orphan, living with her sister (same mother different fathers, all dead ) is being abused. the family doesn't want to get involved because the elder sister has attitude problems, but now this 14 year old girl is being beaten and i do not know what to do, i'm afraid if i talk to her sister her sister would abuse her even more, they both had a diffuclt life so i understand how this has also affected the 35 something old sister, but i need to find a way to stop this abuse, do i tell her uncles and family ?
when her parents died we offered to adopt her but her sister and rest of the family refused, now it's too late for her to come and live with us, her uncles woudn't take her because of the problems the elder sister creates, i'm stuck, anyway out ? help. knowing that here were we live we don't get help from organizations or groups like in the west

i think that if i were this child i would be very thankful for any trial made by anyone to stop this monster from beating me specially in this critical stage of life, as you said she is a teen and she is very vulnerable to things like that in her age that may affect her personality later and produce psychological problems.
i am afraid she deviates looking for another source of the passion she is missing right now.
Good luck,
but if you managed to solve this problem by adopting her you know that she is your responsibility and that you can't beat her however naughty like that we would have done nothing

someone has to intervene, her family or you or anyone to make her elder sister stop beating her..i would talk to the elder sister first, try to work things out, if this failed i d threaten her and i m sure i d think of something, if that fails too, i d beat the **** out of her every time she beats the child, but that's only me..

do something! you shouldn't sit around and wait for the sister to get her attitude in check. seek help. even if you don't wanna involve them, get the police in it. this isn't something you can just brush off. one day the little sister could get beaten so much.. she could die from a blow to the head. get help.
