She is dealing with an incipient abuser. This kind of behavior always escalates. She should break up with him NOW, and make sure she has a plan to do so safely. This is not love, this is dependency. If you can't talk her into leaving him, try getting her to a counselor. Or even your local YWCA.
Best of luck to you both.

either a psychotic or a form of sexual role play, either way she should be laying down the rules..
if he's mad then get help
If it is part of the sex act and she is not a willing participant then we are looking at a whole kettle of different fish here.
She has made a statement to you which in UK is called first report.. this is admissible in court and you have enough to go to the police in her favour but be factual and honest in what she told you and how.. it could be her one and only call for help.
If it was a part of the sex act and she was willing! then why is she telling you unless she wants to shock!! or invite you??
being possessive is destructive " as in Othello" jealousy kills.
being abusive is not on and is part of controlling behaviour.
being threatened during intimacy is RAPE!!!! there is no other word for it..
IF THIS IS THE CASE GET HER OUT NOW!!!!
before it is too late..
If it isn't beware you might be being used as a foil!!!!
good luck

Someone on here actually said that all relationships are like that! They must have a hard life! That is not normal and she should take him very seriously cause he will hurt her!
Sounds like that could turn into a fatal attraction! See it on the news everyday. Someone shoots there BF or GF and is found dead! You can't help her unless she wants to be helped. Some women just stay in those types of relationships. Some out of fear & some like the rush. He is controlling her that way! She will have to break away & be prepared if he decides to come after her! She definitely doesn't need to stay in that situation.

Violence, or threats of violence, are not signs of love in a normal person. She needs to find a way to break up with him- probably with a male friend in case he becomes violent. If he actually abuses her then it should be reported to the authorities. Under no circumstances should she continue her relationship with him- even if he apologises, as the is who he is and he is very unlikely to change. The imitation of actually choking her shows how serious he is.

This another reason why i find relationships to be stupid... I cheat on my wife all the time but, never threat in her (because really don't care) I know sexual urges are natural thing NOT to be ashamed of.

A potentially huge domestic violence situation, possibly even death. These are the actions of a very controlling man. Tell her to run like he## right now, before he hurts her. I have been there. If they will treat their gf like that, just think about how they would treat a wfie.

She is dealing with the beginnings of an abusive relationship. This is a scary issue. You need to get her out of that relationship as soon as possible. Because once the relationship starts getting past just threats it will be hard for you to pull her out. Most people in abusive relationships tend to stay in them because they are used to the routine. Get her out as soon as you can, make her break up with him now that it is still early.

She needs to get rid of him, any male that would threaten a female like that is a worthless lowlife!
