ok there's this guy that i like and he like tease's me and all this stuff and like insults me but he's not trying to hurt me anyway one day i was standing and talking to my mums friends bf and the guy that i like came behind me and started taking my hair tie off and when i turned around he ran straight out the door i was gonna chase him but i had other stuff i needed to do because we were going to the beach. what doe's that all mean i'm so confused please help.

If he only does this to you...then you mean something to him. So yeah, he probably likes you...coz if he doesn't he could ignore you/be mean to you...Why would he spend energy on you if he didn't? =)

What age range are you looking at? This seems to be the behaviour of someone who is interested in you. Its common that younger boys will tease and insult to get the attention of the girl in question. This ensures contact with the girl, but doesn't look like he likes the girl in front of his friends

You might be less confused if you paid more attention to your grammar lessons at school. You would learn to express yourself better. Anyway the boy is only drawing your attention to show he likes you. He might be too shy to try a second time so you might have to give him some encouragement.
