Isn't that an antibiotic? It's got petroleum as a base, which is oily and could block your pores and get dirt stuck in it. But it could keep dirt out also. Try "Clean and Clear."

Zits are caused by glandular and hormonal changes and not so much by impurities from outside your skin. Try staying off peanuts and chocolates, and call me in the morning.

just keep it confined to the infected area, it shouldnt, but it could keep your pores from breathing so don't put it anywhere that it isn't necessary

Anything greasy can block your pores and cause pimples.
