First of all convince your friends not to fight amongst themselves.
With a lot of new trouble makers coming to your school next year you all need to stick together.
Use the months ahead to impart some training,at least a few moves,to your group of friends.
Don't count on the administration to turn things around on a dime. They can't,if they could they would have already done so.Likely they just want to receive their paycheck and go home.
It is up to you to keep yourself safe, train hard and keep in a tight group.
Keep your eyes open and try to spot trouble before it comes your way.Avoid it when possible, defend yourself when you must.

As someone has already said try to be street wise and stay clear of these situations and urge your friends to do the same whenever possible. While your school has a responsibility to protect you and all the other students I am not so naive to realize that there are some bad people out there and not all schools are in great neighborhoods or communities. If you have to defend yourself then do whatever it takes short of killing someone. People like what you describe probably will not have much compunction about seriously hurting you and only cry about it afterwords if they are prosecuted. Not only that but by actually trying to avoid the situation and urging others to do so also may keep some from being hurt and force the system to do its job as it should but once you are caught in it you fight to win or survive and consider yourself first.

Learn to be street wise and avoid fighting. Keep your eyes and ears open to what is going on around you . Vigilance is your first line of defense. See If you can be someplace else when the trouble starts. Keep your distance as a fighting tactic. Try to stay out past arm reach of your attacker. If they move in I would never advise to wind an attacker. Winding can sometimes embolden them. If you have to hit hit hard. Use palm strikes to the face so you don't injure your self.
Please get the authorities to help get discipline in your school.
Don't brag about your martial arts skills.
Do keep a low profile and stay away from trouble makers.
Don't become a statistic.
Do avoid having to use your TKD as you have so far.
I am sorry you have to put up with that environment.

I would like to know is, what is the school doing about all this fighting ? what belt level you are at ? Why did you study TKD ? to do sport tournaments for a living ? you'll starve, you took TKD to learn to protect your self then protect your self if some one enters your circle in a threatening way you do what you have to do to protect your self, I do it's not my problem if the attacker has no training and I do, just knock the wind out of them, my favorite is a plex punch, that gives them about 20 minutes to get the air back in the lungs and think about the mistake they had made. hope this helps you and good luck.

Use it when "you" think it's necessary. If you don't need to use it then don't.
Rule 1:
Don't get beat up. You'll make your gym and the style look bad so only fight when you think you can win.

What school is this, what city?. We need to talk to that superintendent and your principals. It is THEIR JOB to assure your safety, it is LAW that they provide a safe place to get your education. The superintendent and the school officials MUST COME UP with a solution.
Treat this as if a corporate CEO is not doing his/her job.

do what you can to stay out of trouble. But when trouble looks for you sometimes you can't avoid it and you have to take action when neccesary. Just as long as you don't start anything you have your right to defend yourself and do whatever neccesary to survive.
