very nice, very balanced, ignore the people saying lose the fat, you brain actually needs fat to keep working, thats why when someone starves themselves their body eats muscle before resorting to the last little bits of fat.

remember... your heart is a muscle.

your breakfast sounds great!

Instead of cheese true a piece of tomato or if you still want the cheese, goats cheese or a lower fat variety, and are you having all of that at once? Nesquik overall isnt good for you anyway so why not leave out the nesquik? and the fruit is good, you sound better than what I have anyway, its usually just a small tub of yoghurt and thats it til about 1

dropping the Nesquik would be better, I think, and dropping the milk along with it. Milk is full of crap, like bovine (pig) growth hormones, that's if you're not drinking organic milk that sometimes says on the carton, "no bovine growth hormones." Watch out for MSG and Aspartame in cereals.

that is too much for breakfast, (too much calories, sugars and fat) you should choose one cereal or bread not both, i prefer bread over mos cereal, since most of them heavy surgar. A milk should be less sugar like diet one, nesquik contain too much sugar and other sustance. Fruit is always a good choice.

Yes, I think it's a good breadkfast choice. But i would also like to add one more things becaues your just 16 year old you need more food. So i would like to add 2 boil eggs in the morning because bil eggs is good for your brain. You need energy so eggs is a must need for your breakfast.

That is what most Dr.'s would tell you. it is very Heath and if you don't go hog wild with the cheese then you got yourself a pretty good plan on not to gain weight. just keep that up.

Sounds pretty healthy to me. The only thing that I'd skip is the Nesquik because it's loaded with sugar and carbs, but at your age, you burn a lot more carbs than little OLD me. :)
