Lots. I have stood on the ice to stop the clubing of baby seals. I have worked with AC to break up dog fighting rings. I have worked for vets. I also go to wild fires to help around up the animals in harms way. I have stood in front of bull dozers to stop the leveling of woods. Handcuffed my self to a door of a zoo they were trying to close down. It was a privte zoo and PETA was trying tyo get it closed even thoug the amanils had nowhere to go. I rescued a litter of wolf cubs and raised them after thier motherr wass killed by a hunter.

I tried so many times to save birds but its hard.
The two most serious birds I found where, One was in a sticky mouse trap, So I carefully pulled it out an washed it with mild soapy water, but once I was done it wouldnt fly away. It was a my grandparents house so I didnt get to see it go. The other one was just a little baby, I heard it cherping in the middle of the night, like crazy! So I went outside and I found feathers every where. The I found the cutest bald bird ever.lol I tried feeding and it worked for a while but it needed its mom. Mean cat caught her. : (
I have also tooken in some dogs. Thats what I do best, I keep them until the owner comes around lookin.

Well my cat was gonna be put to sleep about a yr ago cause no one wanted her, she's a long hair pure breed 25lbs Rag Doll but she's completely deaf, and i said i'll give her a home, god i love her, then a few yrs back i was behind someone going down RT 17 here in NY where i live and a dog ran out into the highway, and the person in front of me hit him,so i pulled over and took him to the vet,the vet said he would of died if it was 20 minutes later,so i guess i saved 2,+ when i lived with my parents i feed a cat every day,she was pregnent and i felt so bad,i love animals.

Many animals. Most of the animals I have, have been given to me, cause the owner's have not been able to keep them.
I am a biiiiig animal lover, so I will take almost any animal in.
Let's put it this way, if a human and an animal were drowning...who do you think I would rescue?
The animal, ofcouse! That's how much I love them!!!
One of my cat's I rescued from the animal shelter. If I could, I would rescue more. But for now...3 animals is sufficient. But I wish I had like 5!

36 MinPins, 2 Chihuahuas, 1 Chi/Pap mix, 6 Dobes, 2 Aussies, 1 Aussie/setter mix, 1 Weim/Lab, 1 Weim, 1 Lab, and 9 German Shepherds. Since I usually only rescue the dogs no one can handle I have literally saved most from the Bridge. Out of the above only 3 had to be PTS for behavior reasons. This is over the course of 29 years. Plus I have trained a few whose owners were going to put them down for behavior problems. All 6 of my current dogs are rescues, unwanted by their "loving" owners.

Well, that depends on how you look at it. If you count the 40 + years I've volunteered at the shelter...........countless. If you mean all the animals I've personally taken in...........50+ I don't know the true number. I am kinda known as the neighborhood rescue? I've collected them off the streets, vetted them and looked for owners several times. I've assisted others who irresponsibly bred and found homes for unwanted pups. Fostered and kept most of those, cats, dogs you name it. I really never think about how many, just those on hand that need help now.

In the past couple of years that I've worked with a rescue group, perhaps 20 or so that I've personally had one role or another, plus others that I've had an indirect role with, maybe 30 - 40 total. Plus 1 cat.

7 animals. We adopted a dog from a shelter years ago. We had him for 16 years. About 3 years ago we adopted two full sized horses that are both blind. They were going to be put down if no one wanted them. (blind horses see with their hearts) Also have 2 dwarf, miniature horses that are handicapped. Oh....and can't forget the 2 cats. One we found abandoned 10 years ago...we still have him and the other who was found in a barn near our home. She was skinny and starving and has lived with us now for almost 3 years.
