i have at sometimes in my life felt very low and not wanted to live but i dont think i was mad or suffering from real mental health problems. I was just really sad.

Recently I have started to take long baths to relax & calm me. It feels very calming especially if it is a hot bath. As the bathtime is ending i sit while i unplug and let the water out. I use this time often to pleasure myself.

My very real problem is now that on more than occasion I have pleasured my self and started to poo at the same time. as the water is still all around me I then wipe all the poo around my thighs and genitals. I feel very excited and afterwards I feel dirty and like it is someone else that does these things & not me.

Do I need professional help or am i just experimenting.??

Ok, you like long hot baths, they are great, you like to pleasure yourself thats fine, nothing wrong there.

I do thik it may be a good idea to seek professional help with the poo part, to break that habbit as it isn't that healthy for you. I think you know this yourself and want to try and change. Good luck.

you realize, this may well be a psychological ingredient, or you may properly be incredibly of a hypochondriac. additionally, you are the age (15) the place, quite frankly, extraordinary crap happens. You look extremely smart and articulate, so I guess you have already researched some issues and are in all probability coming to three conclusions. yet why no longer tell your dad and mom approximately it and bypass forward and get appeared at by ability of a doctor to make beneficial there's no longer something severe occurring on your head. With some thing like this, you incredibly do no longer choose to take the possibility which you have some thing that needs scientific interest.

Your not sick mate you just have a fetish, and most people will react badly to it. If you want to meet other people who are into fetishes like that go to a website called www.ALT.com and what you are interested in is called scat.

Yes, you need to see a professional. This has got far more serious than feeling sad. You've heard of people who self-harm; cutting themselves usually, and you are doing the same but in your own way.
