I Just Tried System Restore To Get My Sound Card Back Because I Deleted It By Mistake So Once I Got My Sound Back I Went To My Documents & Noticed ALL My Pictures Was Deleted Accept The Ones In The Folders..Can Someone Please Tell Me How I Can Get All My Pictures Back..I Don't Know What's Going On..

if you did a "factory" restore ... kiss them goodbye ... you should always backup any files you have before a full system restore ... a windows system restore will not delete file .... but it sounds like you did a factory restore

you have to accept things as it comes.. As you tell its gone means the system has restored back from the back.. your recent changes are ignored.
Instead you can try with Photo recovery tools if fyou are lucky enough to get them back.

press START
then HELP & SUPPORT
then click on UNDO CHANGES TO SYSTEM RESTORE

THEN choose date on which you want to restore & press OK.
your computer will restart & restored.
